Tips and Remedies for Weight Loss

1.     Practice good sleep patterns (going to bed early and getting up early in
the morning). Sleeping adequately is important.

2.     Eat at proper & fixed timings.

3.     Do not skip meals.

4.     Do not take cold water immediately after food. Instead take Luke
-warm water and sip it whole day.

5.     Practice Transcendental Meditation to make your physical and mental body calm. This will reduce Stress which is one of the greatest weight increasing factor these days.

6.     Don’t over eat. Leave one part of your stomach empty every
time you have your meal

7.     Finish your dinner by 7.30 p.m. or maximum by 8.00 p.m.

8.    Go for regular walks and practice Yoga Asanas.

9.     Avoid acidic & cold drinks

10.           Take Luke water with lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon powder

Take Triphala decoction twice a day.

12.           Avoid heavy dinner meals take one bowl of vegetable soup
